Every time I try to use the Stellagraph to go somewhere, it says it does not have enough power. I have heard talk of a "tier 2", but using recipe browser and Hero's mod doesn't reveal a consumable that can increase this, I can't find anything on it in the Archive, and I can't find anything useful in the Observatory Hyporea. I am in Post-Plantera Hardmode.
