Malay emergency (I think) results in me getting given a state in Siberia called Verkhoyansk (State ID = 877)

Mau Mau rebellion emergency has some bugs:
1. The two options for ending it are flipped, so if everyone votes to negotiate, then the option to end it diplomatically costs cohesion and extra power and vice versa
2. You can take both speech options (Report on the situation and speech on the situation)

There's no decision to integrate Nepal and Bhutan after the appropriate focus has been done and they've accepted

The Indian rural development focus does nothing and mentions Wales (State ID = 122) as benefiting from said nothing

There's also no option to integrate Central America as an integrated puppet and the Dominican Republic gets puppeted as a fascist satellite state instead of a normal puppet, it seems you missed the update where they were switched to non-aligned

Egypt is supposed to be a puppet of the UK in the newest R56 versions, but this mod causes it to be completely broken and basically be a neutral void that does less than even Switzerland

I'm trying to get this to work with the road to 56 expanded mod, ill see if I can tackle any of these. I have very little experience modding though.
