I've managed to get it to work but I'm not sure why you would use it other than aesthetics. The smaller inner circle is the actual beacon size but it doesn't go through walls like the larger outer. It's 500W power and 240 steel 2 components compared to the normal beacon @ 40 steel 1 component for no increase in trade area size. It is pretty cool looking though. Still no idea what the broadcast button does.

Outer circle you can move Mechanoids to, acts as mech control range

as for broadcast button, i still am not sure what that does and ive been using this mod for months lmao.

Broadcast let you call a trader ship, it takes time and it has a cooldown
