Let the host use the console command: /map_restart once you're all spectating

I use hamachi to connect with friends. If you type in the console set lobby_min_players 2 the person who starts the game will sit at a black screen until everybody connects.
The question is how did u download the map? Im trying with BOIIIWD but this map keeps failing the download

Gotchu, Im gonna try this right now. But as for the BOIIIWD, it just ended up working. It took a couple tries but it just worked one time.
