lmao go to the lobby where the elevator is and rip his head off, he is behind the front desk. Then go back to the room where his body is and attach it. Make sure you pick up the key card from where ever you blew up the doctor, it should be on the ground where he died. Finally, go over to the stand in the tedd room and done.
