She wont stop running. Even when I'm standing still she is running stationary. Entering and leaving zones didnt resolve it, neither did stealth or combat.

I think I know that is, I think it's a bug on the game proper, but I'll look over here and see if I can do anything. Try talking to her or issuing a command.

Ye I think it is the game itself, Inigo is doing it too. (khajiit follower mod)

I never used a lot of followers, Serana annoyed me too much with her endless complaining, the rest just dies too much or gets in the way.

Followers for me have two motives to exist: Pack mules and look good.
And yeah, I never managed to found a fix to this stupid bug. Damn Bethesda, kill this engine already!

Why when I give her some armor, she has no body? I'm not sure if its my skyrim or the mod? It sure is funny though.

It's the mod and I think I know what that is. Will fix.

EDITED: I think I fixed, uploading now.

Head gear works, but the rest doesn't, its not that big of a deal. I wish you luck on fixing the bugs! I added to my faves.

Strange, for me, it's the contrary, normal gear works, headgear doesn't. Oh well, I'll try to fix this tomorrow.

She's following me but I can't activate her.. I tried reinstalling but when I unsubscribed she just remained in my house, still unable to talk to her I thought leaving her there would be fine, but then noticed I'm unable to take any other followers with me. This will most likely cause problems with future quests. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks

Okay, that definitely the first time I heard that even such a problem could exist. I mean, Skyrim is buggy, but that's a total different level.
Try this:
- Unsubscribe and delete the mod (it's called morganfollower.bsa/.esp) and open your game, if she doesn't appear, then it's not the mod.
- Try start the game and immediately down the console and type
coc winterholdthefrozenhearth
and see if she follows you, if she does, then something else went wrong.

As she was inside the door of my house (player built, Hearthfire) and refusing to follow me out, exiting the building prevented me from re-entering I've unsibscribed and she when she is gone from the game, the door to the house remains un-openable from the outside. It's no big issue as I only built the final house for the achievement :D. Thanks for your help! and it was a great mod :) I'll try and reinstall it if it's updated in future and see if anything changes.

Sounds like a problem with Hearthfire itself (bugthesda) rather than the mod, thanks for testing though, I'll try to replicate something like that here.

when the mod downloads it says it has failed to donwload and yes its with this particlar mod

i can ask her to follow me... but she wont leave the frozen hearth... she just stands up and than starts moving around there inside the building
