Bug Reporting
Since this addon is still a BETA, you might experience bugs. Please submit your bug reports in this discussion with some details so I can fix them.

My friend on a server can see a custom material, but I as the server owner cannot. It just shows up white, and the preview is either all black, white or having a seizure.

What GMod version were you playing on?

I'm assuming you were playing on the normal version of GMod (32-bit) and your friend was on the 64-bit branch. This should be fixed in the next update. Thanks for reaching out!

named a material "wall_r" it cant be used, cant be deleted too.

I think it might just be a bug in the material list. I'll try to fix it when I can.

Even if the material is an PNG or a JPEG, it doesnt work and it says the file is not a PNG or a JPEG

i tried with discord image links, nothing worked so i made an imgur account and used that link, it also didnt work

I wrote in the description that Discord links don't work, so that's normal. You don't need an imgur account to see this image https://i.imgur.com/C5ilAHq.png. So I don't know exactly why it didn't work since it actually does for me.

Hi, i imported skin for a custom model. Skin is only 5MB and it's 2k resolution. It's all fine until i try to apply material, it just doesn't want to apply. (Tried changing everything, still same, also it works fine with other materials.)

It was No Clamping option, turning it off breaks materials for some reason.

Yeah I'd recommend leaving no clamping on since it does nothing but break materials.

Can't select any material other than the one I just didn't name

Edit: Problem fixed itselt somehow, for a solid 15 minutes i tried to fix it by restarting map/game, deleting material

Can't select the upload material neither delete it.
Already tried to restart the server, game and steam.
