I've addes these, though I made the tongue a bit bigger, more distinct and animated it. Thanks for the suggestions!

@skapaloka I've already added my attempt, its in the link above on the left. It was indeed a bit hard with the angle and limited amount of real estate. You could give it a go if you'd like, I can give you the empty heart sprite I use with a bit different lighting. There's also already a heart that looks quite unimpressed, you can see it in the preview screenshot with the cellar. How would you make a poker face look different?

It does look funny, I'll see if I can get it too look right. Since we cant mirror the hearts (so they'll go to the right) without checking for isaacs position every frame, which we want to avoid, it'll always be walking to the left

I've made this! https://imgur.com/a/5DYovIJ I think it works out pretty well, but it does look a bit weird when it goes backwards. I'm going to try to make another version where the direction the heart walks in is a bit more ambiguous. Either way I'll add it after the next update. Will is currently working on a patch and I don't want his files to get overwritten

Alright so I made one where the legs sorta move forward but it looks way less funny than the original, so I'll keep that one
