This seems like a function that is still developing...
("What to expect: ... Damage effects which include rapid depressurization, engine damage and wing damage as well as alarms.")
Are the doors broken or did I just missed something in the process?
So it depends on which doors, the front and back doors do not work. Too much speed and pressure to open.
The overwing doors are emergency doors, they should open.
So in the teaser, when the handle is pulled, the overwing doors will pop out, and fire a motor to launch the door out.
However, in the full release, the handle just drop down and nothing happens, the best I can do next is right click the door repeatedly and the door would sometimes tilt a few degrees outwards. And when I try holding right click and move towards the door as to push it open, I would simply clip out of the plane and fall to the ground.
So I what I think is the overwing doors maybe bugged and no longer open easily.
So in this version, we are simulating drag, which might've made it difficult to open (realistic) there isn't much to do outside on the wing though, you'll get pushed off by the wind.
