I don't know if Time-Displacement Focii gives the guarding target a speed buff, but I am trying to make it work. Everything else should be working as described by the tooltip. But remember, the tooltip is just a representation of the code. Read through my code, which I tried to make as readable as possible, to get a full picture of how stuff works and what does what.
