June 18th Update
So there's an update that went live today. Not sure its filesize, what it does, or anything else. The only thing I think I found is that there's someone else in a different discussion saying that there's a new oracle painting, which I haven't found, and in developer mode there's a new memory called realBunkerOpened when you break the wall in the mirror room. For those who don't know, here's where the breakable wall is.

In the files it's called the real bunker. The thing is, I have literally no idea what happens when the memory is activated. I've looked through the files a little bit relating to this and haven't found really anything to go off of. It has to do with the fake noclip that occurs in the big dark room, I think. That's really it.

If you're reading this, post something in the comments for documentation of what happened in this update. BTW I have no idea if the realBunkerOpened memory is actually new. And I can't figure out how to activate the new oracle painting. Alright, that's it.

One thing that I noticed aswell is that whenever I spawn in I hear a static noise twice and then it stops. I dont think this happened before

have u did the transmission in the tunnels?
go to the spot that the transmission happened and cleanup the map

Oh yeh you are right its just the tunnel lights goin off

So I've done the shadow prop thing to summon the dark grigori like about three times now. You have to give the food packs that he drops to the mingebag detector (the traffic cone). Whenever I'm low on health, the mingebag detector heals me, with bonus suit energy. I've played on this map for ages now and can't find anything else. Even when I go in the vent, the wall is blank and no music plays.

same here, I think for now there is nothing else to do. Now we have to wait

it's just another radio thing.. not sure if there's anything to do that relates to it. AFAIK there's no memory associated with that particular spot. so it's not important
