The Mingebags, on the other hand, are actual players (or rather are NPCs that mimic player movement and actions in other sessions on the map) and any attempts of them using the text chat gets converted into coughs. The map periodically will try to connect you to a server called 'Mingenet' where it'll then spawn in some Mingebags into your game session for a set amount of time.
If you don't want them, it's possible to opt out of the system. There's a command called 'gm13_strong_antiminge_ritual' that'll sort you out. Just follow that command (without the quotes) with a 1 and it should keep them from spawning.
As it turns out, the command I suggested does not work. Joy.
Following dupe should work though: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2766366126
It needs to spawned in right beside the Dark Room's entrance. I think the command I linked does something else with it.
