To upgrade the Radio, put the Radio on Building C, and wait-out the transmission. The Radio will explode and gain a button, pressing the button will make the Radio gain a orange bar. The Radio will start omitting phone dialing sounds and fill-up the bar randomly. When the bar is full Mingbags will spawn and pressing the button again will make them disappear. The Radio will not work if the Mingseal is active.
