something odd
a behavior I just recently noticed was that the cone will flash green and make a beeping sound and beep faster at certain spots. not sure if this is new or not.

Its happened to me to, apparently it leads to those globes, Im currently figuring out out to use them.

But thats just my assumption, since i went into one of the buildings with the cone flashing green and saw them.

they're part of the ritual in the submarine room, shoot them and then put it on the table in the submarine room
