for god's sake people have investigated this map for HOURS and i STILL CAN'T ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ figure out how to increase the god-forsaken tiers

i have known and investigated this map a bunch of times over the course of a year and i STILL haven't found out how

i'm tired of investigation
i've done the grigori fight, the stalker chair break, the mingebag seal, the radio on the tower, the doll on the chair, broken the chair, interacted with shadow kliener, been through the mirror, typed the numbers in the console, played the war sounds in the dark room from the radio, been to the ratman/oracle room, interacted with and have seen mingebags, spawned npcs in the dark room, blocked it off with props, explored the map countless times over, blocked the citizen from killing herself, seen semper, and have explored the dark room and witnessed anomalies including entrance ones dozens, maybe even hundreds of times over
if you can't tell me directly how then at least give me a hint
also sorry for being a ♥♥♥♥ i'm just so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tired of slow investigation
