I think that's the model that player spawns use when placed in the Hammer editor.

Funny detail, if you have enabled Zeta Bots and green Freeman appear on spawn - in some time there can spawn one bot. Idk why, maybe its like a temporary spawn for players and Zeta Bots? What do you think?
