You are probably using local copies of mods and haven't updated them in a while?
If not, there may be a mod that hasn't been updated in a long time.
Oddly enough, I see this error sporadically all the time. Even though I have over 300 mods in my modlist and use QoL and Medieval mods almost exclusively, I've never seen this error, so I can't tell you more about it.
