If I understand this right the scribe table, bird post, and cart work together to essentially be a medieval version of the trading beacon and coms in vanilla. However, I have never once seen a trading ship pass and while I can call other factions all I can do it ask them to send a trader if we're allied and I want to give up 15 rep. I'd like to confirm this is the intended use here. Should I be seeing trading "ships" of somekind or is this simply to call traders to me from friendly factions. The description on the cart certainly seems to imply that it should work like the orbital trading beacon.
