Is this compatible with Ideology?

My modlist, in order, is: Harmony, Core, Ideology, HugsLib, LWM's Deep Storage, Vanilla Expanded Framework, [SYR] Processor Framework, and Medieval Overhaul.

The moment I remove Medieval Overhaul, everything loads fine. When I add it back in, the game crashes on startup. I don't really understand what may be causing this.
