I started as a hiver in the great desert on a couple of saves and was attacked by the heroes league right outside the gates, and defended by the guard. Selling the adventurer backpacks netted me an easy 15-20k starter cats for just one group of heroes.
Saw a single Recruit 1v5 holy nation troops and win.
This looks much better than the vanilla Samurai amour hanging on the NPC skelly frames.
Cats mercenary armor would be a good visual look for outpost mercenaries and keep the ronin look in united city or a mix of both, I'd like two version of mercs basically The gruff and tough with cats merc armor named mercenary that reside in outposts and the Ronin version you created but wander the United cites bars. There is a difference in my mind between a mercenary and a ronin and the titles/looks should be made distinct.
Cats Swamper/mushroom look combined with your artful touch would be a visual delight as swampers never really ever looked "Swampy" enough to me. Making armor guards might be tough thou.
lastly the civilian cloths can make a visual distinction between Holy Nation civilian and United Cites civilian, what you did originally was perfect but what better then perfect...more perfection and variety.
I don't also know why this is a big deal with me but Cat's clothing overhaul added what I assume is a updated Populated cites mods that adds more civilians or at lest just enough to make most cites feel.....Bustling?(maybe not lore friendly) but I enjoy selling stuff and the more people made everything feel alive and worth doing.
