i seem to lack all event texts. instead of window title i get betterbattles.0102.t. Instead of description i get betterbattles.0503.desc and instead of choice : betterbattles.0503.a. It happens even when i disable all mods except yours.

Hi phillippefaux. This is definitely an odd one. Have you tried uninstalling all other mods too? Even when some mods are disabled, they can still impact the game's files in some way, which may be interfering with the mod. If this doesn't work, try verifying the integrity of the game's files, which can be done by right-clicking, going into the game's properties, and going to the local files tab. If this doesn't work, please reply to this with a list of the other mods you have installed, so I can see which ones may clash. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

i have put every other mods on favorite, disinstalled them all, uninstalled the game, resinstalled it with only better battles suscribed and launched a new game... Same happens at the first battle... In case this is important, i play starting date 867 random ruler

Just wondering, did you try verifying the game's integrity? When some mods affect core files of the game they can replace them and render the game essentially unplayable without the mod in question. Verifying the game files basically restores the game's files to their correct format- you won't lose game progress at all, it just resets the game's files that it needs to function.

omg i think i know. My bad. My game is in french. I speak and read fluently both english and french so i usually do not even realize when steam automatically select the language.

Hi phillippefaux. Ce n’est pas un problème. J’envisageais d’ajouter une version française pour permettre aux joueurs français d’avoir du texte dans leur langue, alors si j’ai le temps, je vais essayer de le faire pour vous.

I have the same issue as phillippefaux and play on localisation as well
Yet as far as I understand this mod has a Russification either already installed in the mod or downloaded by me, so there should not be a language based conflict
