No promotion screen
so whenever i have the Community Promotion Screen mod installed i cant promote my soldiers, so if they were promotet and i click on the promote button this showes up

It can't not help. The mod works properly for countless people. If it doesn't work for you, either something is wrong on your end, or you have a conflicting mod. Either way, following troubleshooting steps will help you find the issue.
