I have also noticed that for a long time and was thinking it might be because the Faction names were different to the other one Eden_Drone and Eden_DroneHome maybe they have been mixed up some of the times for the Faction's so one attacks the other and it's only happening in Drone Space on Rogue Planets.

In Drone Space only and on Rogue Planets the Drone Harvesters are attacking "Eden_BA_RogueHarvest1" which is the one that seems to get attacked I think.

The other Drone Harvester's are using faction entity Eden_Drone which is attacking the other one with a faction entity Eden_DroneHome.

Not sure if they are supposed to be 2 different Faction Names if that was intentional or not and the Harvester's show as the Drone Faction and one of the others show as the Drone Swarm Faction.

I have only seen it in drone space. On rouge planets and hell planets outside of drone space, they're acting normal, and it was the swarm harvester firing on the harvester.

Yes it seems you are correct Harvester Swarms are attacking on the Harvester's sorry for the typo :-).
