The Dead, not getting credit for logs
Single player game, started with war and industry, Mission: The Dead Chapter One, Lost Worlds

I currently have logs 1 and 4 from previous sessions where I happened across a dead world. I found a type 6 today and noticed the 'weak signal' was coming from a bunker style POI with several cryo-chambers instead of the old radar tower, found the terminal, read and downloaded the log, but no credit. I later came across a type 3 world and again it had a new POI (a burned out shelter) where the terminal was located, this time labelled an Emergency Beacon, but again after reading and Downloading the log, I received no credit.

Not sure if my save got corrupted some how preventing the mission form updating (the survey x-type stars has no issues), something broke when whatever change that updated the POIs was implemented, or if they need to be located in order now (please no)

Please see the troubleshooting thread section on missions. These missions were updated and require a pda update (will reset your entire PDA though back to game start if you do that)

Actually I just checked I see what the issue is. I will add a workaround for older saves in the next update if I can so you don't need to refresh the pda. Not sure when I'll get it added though.

Okay there will be a fix in the next update that should allow you to finish getting the logs. You'll be able to go back to the same planet if you want.
Might not be for a week or two until I can get the update out however.
