While surveying habitable stars I was also searching any temperate planets for the statues. The latest one I found mentioned a black sphere with green bands blocking out the sun before disappearing. After that my scanning mission to launch a probe to search for a statue was missing from my PDA the next temperate planet I came across. I though the statues eventually lead you to Brotherhood territory, or am I mistaken? I rebooted the game and used the pda readdata command, and the mission is still gone.
