Where are the multi-charge and drill-charge in the Tech tree?
At a loss.. not listed under weapons/tools/misc.

They are unlocked when the tools are unlocked, same with ammo

Guess it's a bug then... They are still locked even with the weapon unlocked. Knew ammo did that, and thought the charges did also.

If as the 1st reply suggests, the charges are unlocked with the associated tool that uses them, why are they.....OHHHH wait. Usually with a vague reply.... the answer will become evident... Think it just did. I'm trying to build it from the portable constructor. Maybe I need the small constructor instead. If that's the case, lol... my bad. I failed to glance at the icon that signifies such. Guess it's been that long since I played, and why I didn't see a post about it in several pages I glanced through.
