Can't access a local market and mechs for sale
Just got to a system with rare weapons and mechs, but the market and the "mechs for sale list" is simply empty.

I have YAML+the IS weapons+the clan weapons, as well as Mod Options. Is it caused by YAML?

If you enabled Leopard Upgrades, you need to unlock Black Markets. Otherwise only Industrial Zones will show equipment.
