Empty Colon
I walked into the colon boss room and there was no title card, no boss and no trapdoor to the next floor.

Starting to think whoever's colon this is needs to eat more...

Same but in Necropolis I, and in the same run I got the colon floor. And in the same run I got to the final secret floor but it was just Necropolis I again, and after the game crashed as I exited and reentered the run.

actually half lucked out and got the black mushroom item, used that to restart the floor and it gave me a boss, only trouble is, even though it claimed to send me to Utero 2, it then changed to "colon" again with no boss and this time no way of changing floors/levels.

Hey all, this is definitely a significant bug to experience. If it happens again, can you submit a copy of your log file or check the name of the empty boss room? It would help me solve it to know what boss the game was *trying* to place and those are two ways to tell :)
