Game Speed Bug
For some reason, even without any other major mods enabled along with this one, the game runs super slow when you are not on a menu screen, between levels or on the debug console. As far as I can tell from looking at the log, there is a lot of references to animations. Also some things for the Grand Marshall (Who was very annoying to kill, even with debug tricks mostly because of game speed).

Thank you for the post, I'm actually working on a fix for the lag at the moment! I wasn't sure if that was due to Godmode or not but I appreciate you confirming.

I just pushed an update that so far has lead me to believe performance should be boosted, please do let me know if this update fixed the lag for you! :meaty:

The lag seems to still be an issue. At first it was because the mod did not auto update so I had to unsubscribe, run the game, exit and resubscribe. The lag did not leave however.

Interesting. I'll do some further investigating on my end to see if I can figure out what's causing it to slow down!

Yea when I reinstalled the mod it said it was old even though all of the previous data was removed.

Ah that might've been my bad, I'm not positive if update.it files get uploaded to the workshop or not but I forgot to check before the last big bug I found. Just in case, I reuploaded what I've got right now. You're familiar with how to remove those files, correct?

Yea I removed the file before after I noticed the issue. Did nothing however.

Sounds good. I'll use modprofiler to see what's going on, I think I know how to improve the performance some more.

Ok just did a fresh install. Game still appears to be a bit laggy, but that may be unavoidable as this is a large content mod like repentance. Also the debug menu keeps saying hello for some reason.

Granted the game does seem to be a bit faster. Might still have problems with the Mom/It lives battles being lag fests though.

The debug console saying hello is some testing I forgot to remove, that'll be removed soon. I'm glad the game is faster now, what specs do you have?

Well in terms of a cpu I have an Intel i5-8250U. My graphics card I don't know the name of but it is apparently not very good. Granted it is decent enough that I can play TF2 without problems according to a website I looked at, but some Unity-based games can get very laggy.
