+2 health regenerated per second on wearer
+2 metal and ammo regenerated per second on wearer
Blocks a single backstab attempt
-25 max health on wearer

Of course, he loses the health regeneration and ammo regeneration after he gets backstabbed. You have to go to a restock station to pick up a new one.

I'd just make it regenerate metal at a slow pace, but also make you take slightly more damage or something. Pretty much like a cozy camper for engineer.

Up to 4 Health regenerated on wearer per second
Up to 4 Metal regenerated on wearer per second (Acts like the current concheror with both Metal and health)

Moves an additional 10% slower while hauling buildings (So 20% slower)
