Fishery bug
For some reason, Liang's fishery improvement does not give extra yields when sukritact's oceans is active. I don't know if it's only an issue in my games or if others experience it as welll.

Since installing Bears' governor's overhaul, the resources stopped appearing on custom maps. Also, I cannot load any maps on worldbuilder whenever this mod is enabled. It works perfectly fine and random maps, as long as a custom map isn't being used. I think the problem is related to world builder, and the removal of vanilla's governors. Can you make a version of this mod that takes out certain re-balancing features so that it can work with other mods such as Urban Complexity, Maritime Districts, and Governor mods?

The reason is that adding a fishery means that the tile is no longer worked by the city and the base resources of the tile are lost. I cannot fathom why this mod has been designed to do that. This feature makes a potentially great mod into a mediocre one at best. It should be that adding a fishery never has a detremental effect. The worst case should be that adding a fishery to a tile has no effect (except to population). When I added a fishery to a tile; Production went down 4.4, Food down 1.4 and Science went down 1.8. Gold did go up 4.5 though.

Please change the mod so that a citizen can work the tile for the base resources.Otherwise its not worth adding fisherys
