i have a mod that lets me see ents and things around the map and while looking for npcs i saw the ep2 gnome in a building! but you cant get IN the building with noclip because the creator put something to teleport you out, i looked for triggers but all i found were the door triggers and some big triggers around the map which are probably for some shadow person thing or something.
