I'm not sure which of my mods could be doing this, but the Exchange seems to be broken. Does any other mod have a known incompatibility with it? I'm gonna try unloading all my content mods and see which breaks it by reloading them one by one, but knowing why and if there's a fix may help.

EDIT: Never mind, figured it out. Holy Mantle for Lost Jacob somehow causes you to be unable to interact with the Keepers.
