You mean Energy Vessel Explosive? They have a relatively small range, they may be great against structures and buildings.

Thes isn't an ICBM, but maybe an EMP missile? It would be cheaper to make than most others, and it doesn't have to be that big, also reducing lag if you spawn many.

Impractical. It is far easyer to carry multiple missiles on a large spacecraft. It is also cheaper.

A missile that explodes mid air into tiny smaller explosives like a grenade

(think that would be pretty cool, could be useful for hitting multiple targets at once or something like that)

A cluster missile? That would be cool... Problem is that I don't know how to implement it well, especially the spreading of the smaller projectiles. I will work on that.
