After the Royal Court, where major change in the culture are scheduled, I have to think about how to change, but 'Thing' will demand the best expression of North identity of 'Thing'

Thanks for the great mod. I'm excited to see what you can add. Stuff like the Shura council adds so much flavour, and I love them for roleplaying
If it instead directly takes monthly income from the owning character, the upkeep is a lot smoother. You could even add a bit of monthly province income from rich visitors.
I tested it out on my end and it seems to work as expected, but I don't know much about modding so there might be good reasons not to do it this way.
(The AI weight should probably be zero, if this method is used. Wouldn't want them to accidentally bankrupt themselves building menageries they can't afford.)
