Is there like a tutorial or something on these missions?

Can anyone give me a link

I am confused on where to go and what to do for them - I just wish the breeding ground missions weren't such tiny little caves sometimes its impossible to tell what is a path and what is not.

There's a nuclear bomb in your sub, get inside the cave, find a big room with a pulsating mass and place the bomb nearby, then run away
