the separatists tasked me to take over a station and so i did and when i reached my next separatist station the separatists told me to finish my last station raid, but i just did and no other stations are marked for a raid. it's been like this for a month i even went back to the station they originally told me to raid and i killed everyone and nothing changed

You probably did the mission before I patched the mission to always play the event when going through the docking hatch. In the previous versions, the event required for the mission to transform the station and mark it as completed would only start if you entered your airlock before boarding the station as it somehow didn't register the outposts airlock as an airlock to trigger it from. Due to the mission being completed, but the event not playing out and thus not setting a campaign value to signify that the mission is over, you can no longer accept those missions for this campaign unless you load the campaign, enable cheats and type the following command:

Or you can edit the campaign save file and look for the cotakeoveractive and septakeoveractive and manually change their values to 0.

I got a misson for takeover, but I don't see it anywhere in the interface. Now I have several guys on board and I don't know WHAT I have to take over. What do I do?

They can be somewhere further away in all directions and you'll need to travel there. Just look at all the outpost locations on your map with a blue mission dot indicating they have an open mission to do there and hover your mouse cursor over the dot to see the mission names at that place.

You currently can't refuse it after accepting it. So you could've only refused when you were offered this mission.
