The stars move slowly when the music is not playing. While the music is playing, the stars accelerate in bass sounds. If you're talking about this, it's normal.
Edit; It stuck in my mind and I checked it out.
You're right, this problem occurs due to lack of pixels at resolutions lower than 4k because I set the wallpaper for 4k screens. I added new options to fix this. Increase the "Sizes of stars" value, for example use a minimum of -2- for 1080p.
Thanks.
No, that's not what I'm talking about. I'm on a 4K screen btw. anyway.
The problem only occurs with the stars and it looks similar to a frametime issue.
It's strange, as it does not seem to affect the wave effects, and occurs no matter the quality or framerate setting. I'll follow up with a video link in a few minutes.

Note: I am running the Windows 11 beta. I highly doubt that it has anything to do with that though, as other wallpapers with similar star effects do not have the same issue. Also, I should not be limited by my hardware in any way, as I mentioned before.
Because sadly, this stutter is very noticeable and distracts a lot IMHO, and I really want to use the audio visualization part of it. Great work though!!!
