I don't get it, the Munophone says she can use an upgraded version of Neutral-B if I hold the button while having 10 or more flowers (I had 36 to make sure lol) but everytime I used the move it always did the same damage and knockback, what am I doing wrong? Is the Munophone info outdated? In that case you should update it, if not, then I have no idea, I tried every possible timing and direction, the move still did same damage, knockback, frame data and hitbox size, the only thing that changes is the direction of the projectile, and that's not due to the "charging".
