NOW, you can get into a civil war through a timed mission. You have tools to slow it down and to strengthen your position, like the extra divisions feature. You have a tug of war between the Democrats and fascists and whoever has more points at the start of the Civil War, will have 3 extra divisions.
BUT KEEP IN MIND, you won't necesserally get into civil war, you have a 70-80% chance of doing so depending on which option you chose.
