-10% less movement speed when at tops ammo
-the more ammo you have the slower you move
-deals minicrits when you have like 14 ammo left total
-and deals crits when you have 4 ammo total
-33% less clip size
-10% percent slower reload speed when you have 14 ammo left total
-35% percent slower reload speed when you have 4 ammo total
