just a little change
there too many shem houses "Storm House" that serve no use could you make at least 1 of them to be purchasable?, you could remove the Metal Wallhouse it dosent have lot of space for bulding and usual i use it as a storage bulding

mabye set the leader as a specific race and armor stile since when you import it change race and armor it weak "mabye add a dialogue for him for another way to ally them, or just for funny talk"
