Cao Cao's Schemes Changes
Target: Army actions:
  • When Near, Appear Far: Changed morale debuff from -20 to -9
  • When Far, Appear Near: Changed charge bonus debuff from -100 to -25
  • Changing Of The Seasons: Changed campaign movement range debuff from -50% to -35%
  • Undermine Defensive Ability: Changed diplomatic relations debuff from -5 to 0. Changed melee evasion debuff from -25% to -10%
  • Hawk & Tiger Manoeuvres: Changed credibility gain from 15 to 10. Changed cooldown from 10 to 20
  • Arrows From The Enemy: Changed effect duration from 3 to 5. Changed cooldown from 7 to 20
  • Released the Dammed River: Changed melee damage debuff from -25% to -10%

Target: Commandery actions:
  • Foresight When Blind: Changed the duration from 5 turns to 3 turns.
  • Drain The Lake To Lay A Road: Unchanged.
  • The Wolf Who Provokes The Chicken: Unchanged.
  • Stoke The Fires Of Rebellion: Unchanged.
  • Tiger Over The Mouse: Changed credibility gain from 15 to 10. Changed cooldown from 12 to 20
  • Two Bears, One Kill: Changed reserves debuff from -100 to -20. Changed effect duration from 5 to 3.
  • Trapped Fish Above The Retreating Tide: Changed reserves buff from +100 to +20.

Target: Faction actions:
  • Children In The Hand: Changed from applied instantly to lasting 3 turns (doesn't do anything if lasting 1 turn). Changed Cooldown from 10 to 12. Changed cost from -3 to -5. Changed diplomatic relations debuff from -50 to -25.
  • Pay The Rats To Reveal The Snake: Unchanged
  • Hungry Snake Over The Full: Unchanged
  • Relative Above Stranger: Increased cooldown from 10 to 20
  • The Cattle Keep The Milk: Changed food production debuff from -20 to -10. Changed duration from 5 turns to 3 turns. Changed cooldown from 10 to 15.
  • Dominion Over The Realm: Changed credibility gain from 20 to 10
  • Rival Tigers And One Prey: Changed cooldown from 8 turns to 20 turns.
  • Mastery Of The Dragon's Way: Unchanged

Target: Character actions:
  • Mountain Air Will Harm The Body: Change cooldown from 15 to 10.
  • Feast For The General: Changed upkeep reduction nerf from +50 to +25%. Changed duration from 5 to 3.
  • An Owl To Seek An Owl: Changed cooldown from 15 to 10.
  • Gift Of Honour: Increased cooldown from 12 to 20.
  • Eyes And Ears Within: Changed cost from -3 to -5.
  • Flatter The General: Changed cooldown from 10 to 20.
  • Knowledge Of The Ambitious: Increased satisfaction from +15 to +30. Increased cooldown from 10 to 20.

BUG - The Scheme Children in the hand does not work. The numbers appear on the diplomatic screen, but the attitude toward the target never changes

At the moment I am not gaming 3K, so I won't be touching this regardless.
But maybe there is a way to fix this
