If you didn't ask Mateoski, et al, uploading their mods is still stealing. It doesn't matter if you give credit, you still have to have permission from the authors.

Unlike Lucifer, I've actually reached out to Mateoski before regarding their mods being uploaded, and they were not agreeable to it. If that holds true, this mod, and the other USP mods, are used without permission, thus stolen.

So, Lucifer, did you even try and contact the actual creators, or is this another blind upload because you don't know any better?
