i have zombie infection and i make cure and idk how to use plz help

figured it out. disinfect cotton balls. once you have them you can use the injection

Disinfected Cotton Balls don't exist in 41.56, so I guess you just can't use the cure at all.

They do, you make them yourself by disinfecting cotton balls using either alcohol bottles or disinfection bottles.
