If an army disappears, a fallback is supposed to trigger, which should either transfer the prisoners to your dungeon, or liberate them, depending on the context.
If possible, can you hop on discord where you can send me your save, so I can take a look ?

That's a really weird one, and I see no reason why quitting/reloading should change anything at all. I haven't been able to reproduce it for the moment, so I can't fix it, unfortunately. Please let me know if you encounter it again !
I might have forgotten to add a check in the relevant character interaction. I'll check it out, thanks for the report!

yeah I've identified the bug, I'll correct it in the next couple of days
The issue is that to be able to display an ETA in the Chose Commander window, I have to start a travel plan, record the travel time, and abort it. But I didn't account for would-be Commanders that are already traveling, but I should be able to.
