Probably not so much a bug but instead an accident , but the Tarot Cloth spawns each time a run is started/continued. I assume this is from debugging.

You are right, it was a debugging tool I left in by mistake. Thanks for the heads up!

using XVIII - The Moon with tarot cloth crashes the game.
I have disabled every mod except for Tarot cloth +.
Gave myself tarot cloth and the moon on a new run with isaac (Discovered the bug on tainted appolyon ).
Crashes the game every time.
Sometimes it crashes once i get in the secret room, sometimes, as soon as i use the card.
I also tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to this mod, but it still crashes

Thanks for letting me know. I've done some testing and can't recreate the bug, could you answer a few questions for me:

• If you go to the mod folder (located in Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\tarot_cloth_plus_2504085445 on a Windows machine) and open metadata.xml, what is the number that is shown in the <version> field? (should be around line 46)
  
• Have you gotten Achievement 226 (Complete Challenge #23)?

Thanks for the report, but I just cannot recreate those bugs. Could you answer the questions I asked @Orio Prisco two posts above? Maybe that might point me in the right direction.
It's surprising to me that The Moon and The World are so problematic; those two effects are one line of code each. I'll keep testing and keep you updated.

This repeats a few times until the card is said to trigger twice, and the game crash.

The issue could be the double activation of the card, or the warning itself. Hard to say.

Interesting, I did have to do some hacky shenanigans because cards kept double-using themselves. Could you post a picture of those last couple lines in the minidump? Also, what card did you use that caused this particular crash?

The issue happened with the world, the reverse emperor, and with another card. Other cards like the hierophant worked as intended.

Thanks for the report. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, this seems to be an issue with some peoples' setup. I cannot recreate this bug no matter how hard I try, but I know that some people still have this exact bug that you are having. Sorry for not being able to help, I've refactored the code as best I can and I still can't fix it.
If you would still like to continue using this mod, I suggest installing Mod Config Menu and turning off the effects for the cards that crash your game. Again, I really am sorry for not being able to fix the bug myself.

Tbh I think that the bug probably has something to do with the ultra secret room.
Or it's just my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc lol.
