Steam keeps downloading 1.5 version of the mod
Every time i unsub/resub to this mod clear my cache etc and do all the troubleshooting steps steam still keeps downloading the 1.5 version of the mod and the newest version on github looks like 2017's

This seems to be whats missing
<supportedVersions> <li>1.2</li> <li>1.3</li> <li>1.4</li> <li>1.5</li> <li>1.6</li> </supportedVersions> <loadAfter> <li>Ludeon.RimWorld</li> <li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Royalty</li> <li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Ideology</li> <li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Biotech</li> <li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Anomaly</li> <li>Ludeon.RimWorld.Odyssey</li> </loadAfter>
at least from the version i kept getting .

i ended up using steamcmd to download the mod and havent had an issue since .
