same as title, Journal is somehow interfering with experience multiplier of newer characters.
On my first character I read my books exp multipler seems to be working fine, but once this dies and change to a new character with a different profession, the experience multiplier of the books I read after reading the journal are not applied, only the base exp is earned by watching VHSs for example and constructing etc.
