After running this on my server for a few days, I have some feedback (if you ever decide to update stuff eventually).

Needs a lot more health pickups on the map, people could never find any when it was needed.

Still need to section off the map with skybox and add area portals since it currently eats performance, especially with 32 players.

Starting area is.. just to damn big (even with 32 players, it must feel gigantic with 24). The big red Jenkins building pretty much never gets used at all other than for the small health pickup (everyone just goes to the back building/building on the corner). I also usually never say this, but the sky clip is also pretty low.

Blue first forward spawn needs some kind of second door or dropdown to get out of. You get a single demo or heavy in that hallways (let alone multiple) and blue wont get out.

Blue second forward spawn also has a camping problem, but that would go away if the below gets fixed.

Reds first spawn area needs some work.
Having one door to get out (or running waaaaay around to get out) is not fun at all. Adding a dropdown something like this would fix that. https://i.imgur.com/gmtsHy4.jpg

Red A/B door never gets locked off when the point gets capped, so you can just go solder/demo and jump over the fence and are instantly at blue spawn. It would probably be better to replace the fence respawnroom visualizer with an actual clip (if a red jumper can get behind once the door is fixed, it would be a safe haven).

Lots of payload track has physics enabled on it so you randomly get stuck on it.
